After replacing broken wheel studs (drivers side), it is still making a loud scratch noise?

A few weeks ago, the studs broke off on my driver side tire. It's an older car so I just replaced the whole wheel hub bearing just so no more issues would happen. I even replaced the tire and wheel, but it's still making a loud scratch noise. I don't know what to do.

The parts you listed won't change a noise. The two best suspects for a grinding noise are worn brake pads and a bent splash shield rubbing on the backside of the rotor. The splash shield is easy to bend back, but you have to crawl underneath to do and see that. This article shows what's involved with the front brakes:

This would be a good time for a brake system inspection. The people at some shops will do that for free if you have any other services performed there.
