Removed seat to do some clean up after water has gotten in there after a heavy rain that left the floors wet, put it back, front/back works, but the back rest reclining part only reclines to the front not the back.

I attached a picture below showing the connection for the recliner (pic 1). Make sure everything is tight and not damaged. Also, check pins 1 and 2 (pic 2) for power.

Here are a few links you may find helpful:

this is not how mine looks like. if you are sitting in the driver seat there is a motor on the bottom left which controls tilt up and down and another motor on the right which controls front and back, I don't see a third, and there is no module, I don't see the color wires indicated in the second picture. There is a 2 wire harness going to up to the back of the seat.

No sorry that wire was going to the seat belt buckle, not sure where the tilt motor is but forward and back ward is to the right and up and down is on left.

Found the motor underneath the seat trim next to the seat switch, removed the motor benched tested it and it works. No power going to the 2 wires that attach to the motor, removed the harness going to the seat switch and only the orange/red wire in the middle of the row has power. Not sure, is there a separate fuse just for tilt?

The orange/white wire is the power supply for all positions. It should have power. If you have power into the switch, but nothing goes to the motor, then the switch is most likely the problem. Take a look at the attached picture.

Let me know.

That is the case yes, but it is orange/red not white.

Sorry, I meant the orange/red. If you have power to that, then it is most likely the switch since the other functions work. The only other thing could be a broken wire between the motor and switch or a ground issue, which is doubtful.
