So the right bulb went out completely. So, I went to buy 2 new ones and installed them. But now the high beam on drivers' side doesn't turn on at all. Both lows work. But only high beam works on passenger side but not driver's side. What can I do? Both bulbs are new.

It sounds like a bad connection at the bulb, or you got a defective bulb, we can check for power and ground at the bulb socket to confirm the failure. This guide can help:

With the high beams on you should have power to the wht/lt grn wire. Here is how to replace the bulb and get the wire you need to test. I included the headlamp wiring diagrams so as well so you can see how the system works. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.

I already switched bulbs twice. So, I'm sure I don't have a faulty bulb. Regular low beams work on both sides just not 1 high beam on driver's side. I tried fuses and I think they're okay. I tested all of them because I wasn't sure which one was for headlights. I don't know what to do anymore. I have no idea how to check the wiring because I don't have the tool.

Also the pictures confuse me. I don't know where it would be or what I'm looking at. Sorry I'm trying my best on trying to figure it out.

No problem, we need to see if the headlight is getting power, please go back over the information I sent. You can get a test light from Amazon or the auto parts store. We need to check the ground and power source.
