My car was towed, and when went to retrieve it, the door did not work properly. Long story short, the tow company denied any fault. The problem is that the door will "shut" per say but if I hit a sharp right turn or just simply pull on tge door it will sling open. Even when I lock the door it can still be open by just pulling the door open. Any suggestions?
