The front left caliper is scraping tire rim?

What is causing this problem?

Hi,

If this just started happening, either the caliper mount is loose, or the caliper bolts are loose.

Are you sure it is the brake caliper and not the backing plate behind the rotor? They are known to rust and fall apart, so it may have come loose and is rubbing.

Let me know. Also, let me know if the original wheels are still being used. If they have been changed, the offset could be an issue, but that should have been noticed right away.
