When I put the car in drive and give it gas there is a loud a loud screech noise and when you drive there is a vibration noise.

The screech has me a bit confused. Is it loud enough for you to record and upload for me to hear?
As far as the vibration, that could be caused by a faulty universal joint. Take a look through this link. It explains how to check one.
