how to replace the center support or carrier bearing?

Suzuki didn't make that as a replaceable item, it only comes as part of the driveshaft assembly. The bearing is placed on the shaft before the yokes are welded on to make it that way. If you cannot locate a replacement shaft it might be possible to have a driveline shop cut one yoke off, then replace the bearing and weld it back together and balance it. The only aftermarket unit I know of is a Dorman 976-822 the factory number is Suzuki 2710067D52 and the current list price shown is close to $1,500.00 us.
