Door will not open from inside or outside

The door seems to be stuck in the locked position. The automatic locks do not seem to unlock it. How do I get the door to open?

more than likely a clip broke inside door and a rod fell off you'll have to pull the door panel off and see if that is the case. the clips may be available at auto parts. we have no pics of this.
