door locks, turn signals, power sliding door buttons, climate control issues.

after starting the vehicle the door locks, turn signals, power sliding door buttons do not work. Also if the climate control is turned off it will cycle itself on and off at high fan speed. If the climate control is turned on then the fan will blow air. Wondering what could be causing this. After a while all functions return to normal (this is sometimes as few as 2 minutes and can go on for as long 6-7 minutes).
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

"If the climate control is turned on then the fan will blow air" This is supposed to say; If the climate control is turned on then the fan will not blow air.

This problem sounds like the BCM module related and could be having a problem, did you check all fuses in the PDC?

I have checked some of the fuses. I'm not sure what the PDC is or where it is located. I tried to locate a diagram online but was not successful. any more info would be appreciated.

Here are the diagrams, and what the fuses go to, check the main fuses as well, One is under the hood, and the other under the dash on the drivers side, you might have to remove a small panel to access it.

I got a tester light. I tested all the fuses in the driver side panel. the light came on except for #24, 25, and 26. I pulled the fuses out and they are still good. wondering what the next step should be.

Have you checked the power leads that are coming off the positive side of the battery, or close to the battery? A relay could cause the same problem such as an auto shut down relay.
