I cannot lock my driver's side door with remote and manually by key?

Hi,
If you are unable to lock it with the key or power lock actuator, it sounds like we have a linkage issue. See pic 1.
When you try locking it, do you hear a click? When you try to lock it from the inside of the truck manually, is there any resistance in the manual lock?
