door hinges

The holes for the door hinge pins are out of round. How do I fix them. Thank you very much.

If you mean the bushings, you can get a kit with new pins and bushings. And make your life easier and rent/borrow the proper spring tool, it saves you from learning new vocabulary.

If you mean the actual steel ears are worn there are two options. Both are a PIA. One involves cutting the factory hinge off by grinding the welds and either bolting or welding a new one on.
The other method (I use it a lot on hinges) is to disconnect the wiring to the door at the connector in the door harness tucked in the A pillar at the end of the accordion boot. Set the door on a stand so the hinges are level. Then use a welder to repair the worn area, then drill or grind the hole back to the correct size. Install new bushings and grease them with a high pressure lubricant.
