How much will it cost to replace the shell or door?

Is it possible for you to take a few pics of the damage and upload them for me to see? If it was the other person's fault, shouldn't their insurance pay for the repairs?

Let me know. Also, replacing the door skin may not be needed. It may be less expensive to repair the one that was damaged. If I could see it, I should be able to tell.

I can see you take pride in the vehicle just by how clean it is. As far as the repair is concerned, you shouldn't need to replace the door skin. They should be able to repair the one that is damaged.

As far as cost, please remember I'm not sure where you are located or know the average hourly repair costs. I do know that everything has become extremely expensive over the past few years. If I had to estimate, I would think it could be repaired for approximately $1,500.00. Again, that is an estimate.

You were so close! The estimate was a little over $2,000.00. Their insurance offered $1,678.00.

You are very welcome. I was hoping to be somewhat close, but labor rates are different all over the country. Is the repair shop willing to do all repairs for the 1678.00? If they are, great. If not, you may have to dispute it with the insurance company.
