Door control module

Hi, I have replaced the door control module on the drivers side due to all electrics failing. I have checked fuses fa1 and fa2 both fine and still I have no power to the electrics. anybody know how to fix?

All electrics on drivers and passengers door.

There is a fuse #f17. can we check to see if there is power present with the key on? Here is a guide and the location of the fuse below:
