when I open the driver's side door the chime starts going off with no key in the ignition?

Also, I cannot lock the doors from the inside and the remote won't lock them either. I have to physically lock the doors from the outside keyhole.

These are two different problems, please start a new question for the door lock issue. This chime goes off, either because the key reminder switch needs to be replaced, here is the location and how to replace it. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
