If you mean the one that controls the intermittent wiper timing, to the right of the steering column under the dash.
If you mean the switch that turns them on/off and washer control, inside the bottom half of the steering column shroud right near the control stalk.
If it is the control that makes them park or pulse the washer motor, that is in the wiper motor control board on the wiper motor.
