Dome map light replacement

My left dome map light in my overhead console went out and I am trying to figure out how to change it. I cannot find screws anywhere. Does it just pull down with clips?

That is correct but you need to do that to the entire console not just the bulb. I am attaching below the process on how to remove the console so that you can access the bulbs.
