Dome lights will not turn on unless you manualy turn them on

so i tried to add interior acent lights to my friends car i tapped into the blue green wire on the back of the dimmer switch. i have checked the fueses and bulbs and found nothing blown. the dome lights will come on when you turn the dimmer switch all the wat to the right but will not turn on when you open the doors or press the unlock button on the key fob. please help me my friend is super pissed.

I would like to have a little bit more information on the color of the wire and what color the strip is, this circuit is not powered by a fuse but by a relay, it is called the "battery saver relay" in the central junction box powered by fuse number F24 you may have damaged the relay. if I were you I would put everything back the way I found it and make sure when you spliced into the wire you did not break it all the way through

I HAVE TRIED AND TRIED TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO COPY "PRODEMAND" DIAGRAMS

ALTHOUGH I DON'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE

I WAS ABLE TO "SCREENSHOT" THE UPPER PART OF THE DIAGRAM

BEING AN AIRBORNE RANGER, HAVING A MAP IS JUST LIKE BEING THERE!

BOTTOM RIGHT IS THE DIMMER

TOP IS THE "SMART JUNCTION BOX"

YOU WILL SEE THE FUSES LABELED AT THE TOP (PULL 'EM AND STICK 'EM BACK IN FOR GIGGLES)

MAYBE YOU DID NOT FRY SOMETHING IN THE "SMART BOX"

THIS IS THE BEST I CAN OFFER

OTHER THAN - "JEEP" WROTE THE BOOK ON FOUR WHEEL DRIVE

"CARBURETION RULES"!

NEVER POKE A STICK AT A MODERN COMPUTER CAR (MODIFICATIONS JUST DON'T SOMETIMES AGREE WITH IT)

Nice wiring schematic, first thing I would do is remove the right kick panel and check fuses 10, 25 and 9
