Does my truck have a "win" module?

I can't turn over the truck. It cranks alright and I hear the fuel pump, checked fuses, relays, etc. By luck I saw a set of wires under the steering column, I couldn't find out where they went until i opened the cover over the wheel and saw it went to a black box attached to the ignition. I assume I'll need that.
My other Ram 1500 has one attached to the ignition.

The "Wireless Ignition Node" (WIN) module is a component found in many Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep vehicles. It's an integral part of the vehicle's wireless key and ignition system. However, based on the information up to my last training cut-off in September 2021, the 2003 Dodge SRT-8 - if it's a Dodge Ram SRT-10 you're referring to, since there was no SRT-8 truck model - would not have a WIN module. The WIN module became more common in Chrysler and Dodge vehicles starting around the 2008 model year.
