Hello everyone, i am using a Mahindra Scorpio (which is a car using in India) model year is 2004. It's having a 2.6cc turbo diesel engine. On one day i have a ride on my car suddenly the car starts to accelerate itself while driving and the white color smoke comes from the silencer. it keeps accelerating for upto like 15 seconds and my car doesn't crank (start) after that incident. After towing to the mechanic workshop, he told that there was a problem with turbo . He told me that the engine oil is mixed with the air intake of engine, there is leak in the turbo . So the engine is seized. I am wondering is this possible? Kindly if anyone knows please tell me the answer. Thanks in advance.

It is possible but I would remove the injectors or glow plugs and see if the engine turns over by hand by using a breaker bar to confirm the failure. Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

If i start the car. The is a crank sound which is hearing at the time when we self start. If i keep on going with the self start, the engine crank for only one time and no sound is coming out of engine.
