The check engine light came on and Auto Zone said the code was P0032 HO2S Heater Circuit High Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 1. Replaced o2 sensor and it resolved the problem. After 200 miles the same code reappeared. Did I get a bad sensor from Auto Zone or is their another problem?

If the same code came up, try a new one. You may have gotten a bad one. Honestly, if the sensor was bad from the start, it should have kicked the light no later than about 60 miles. When replacing it, check the wiring to the sensor. Make sure it isn't damaged and the plug isn't corroded.

Let me know what you find. Also, it isn't odd to get a bad part. For some reason, the USA has found the need to import everything rather than keep the jobs here and make better products.
