how would i go about testing a pcm to see if the number four injector drive is bad or not?

HI there,
You can test the injector pulse with a noid light at the injector, if no signal you will have to do a continuity check down the loom to the ECU terminal, i will check the manual and get the pin codes for you, and post this soon.
