1996 Dodge Van Vehicle cranks but no spark or fuel

I've got a 1996 ram van 3500. Currently it will not start. It has been sitting for several months. The battery that was in it eventually died and so I had been jump starting it, but eventually it would not start even with a jump. I recently put a new battery in the van hoping that would solve the issue- it didn't. The van will crank, but won't fire. I've checked all the fuses under the hood and in the dash with a multimeter and they all seem OK. I've checked for fuel pressure by pressing on the schrader valve on the fuel line and get nothing. I've pulled plugs to check for spark and nothing. I've also checked for voltage at the wires that come into the ignition coil and there's no voltage. I'm starting to lean towards the PCM being the issue, but not sure. The check engine light is not on. I haven't scanned for DTC codes because I don't have a scanner. Not sure if that's something I need to do.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Maybe Auto Shut Down Relay in power dist. center near radiator.

Thanks for the reply. I did try swapping the ASD relay with the A/C relay and still nothing. I guess I can check to see if there is actually power to the ASD relay.

Yes check for power also check for ground from PCM on Dark Blue/ Yellow

I checked for voltage across the ASD relay terminals in the fuse box under the hood and I've got 12 volts there.

Not exactly sure what you mean by checking for ground from the PCM. I pulled off the pin connector with the dark blue/yellow wire and checked it for continuity between the connector and the engine block and there is continuity, so I assume that means it is grounded. Don't know how to check whether the PCM is actually receiving power though.

To see if PCM is grounding ASD get test light on Dark Green / Orange wire crank if it lights then PCM is providing ground
