1994 Dodge Van A/C not blowing powerfully

About two days ago I had a new blower motor installed and my A/C still does not blow as powerful as it used to. Even on the high setting its barely any different from the low setting. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I had a 1999 ramvan that did the same thing. what I did is I took off the AC resistor (in the engine compartment) and I can see the coils. I diluted some bleach in water and sprayed it directly on the coils (about 1.5 gallons to 2), and took a small dryer vent brush and sort of scrubbed it a little bit, and let it dry. After that it sort of smelled a little like feet for a while, but it blows alot harder
