Act's like It's running out of fuel

86 Ram van, 58k miles, auto trans, 318 ci, This thing acts like its running out of fuel. I have replaced fuel filter, pump, lines, pickup coil, coil, wires, plugs, cap, rotor, drilled a 1/2" hole in front on converter still act's the same. I have not ck'd the float level. In the last 13 yrs veh has been driven 3000 miles. Any idea's Thanks

Could also be a problem with the accelerator pump or the idle/main metering circuits partially clogged.
