The engine make a noise for 2 to 3 minutes, like empty lifters. This noise start like 6 month ago. The first time that happens I looked to the gauges and the oil pressure gauge was on low and I turn the enginr off. I check for oil level it was ok. I turn the engine on again and still doing the noise but the oil prussure gauge came back to normal. What is this and how do I fix it? I dont want to break my engine. Run into a major repair.

Not knowing how many oil changes the truck has had in the last 90K miles, I can only guess. I would pull the oil pressure sending unit and screw in a remote oil pressure gauge, then check the actual warm oil pressure.
With only 90K on the motor, I find it hard to believe it would be worn lifters, unless the engine has been poorly maintained. It may be a partially plugged oil pickup screen. A gauge OP test should tell the story.
