wipers work but will not on intermittent?

the wipers work but will not on intermittent. i have replaced re placed the switch but still no delay wiper action. what do i need to check next.

it is in the gearbox on the wiper motor if I remember mine had a short in it on intermittent.

The integrated wiper module sounds like it has gone bad, it is at the left side of the dash, here is the location and how to change it out. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
