Some of the lug nuts are missing from the front of my 1999 dodge 2500 4x4 and i woulkd like to replace them ? But I am having a problem getting the rotor off . Does it just pull off after the center nut and cotter key is removed? I also have a ather E-mail address it is [email protected]
