i have no heat in my truck unless you accelerate, if you are driving or just sitting the air is cold, if you get the heat gauge up 220 or higher and accelerate it will get a little warmer, and you can hear what sounds like water sloshing around behind the dash on the passenger side

Hi:
The water you hear is coolant entering the heater core. Make sure the coolant level is full.
