. My headlights are not working. I replaced the fuse, when i pull the light switch only the parking lamps and the brake lights come on, my daylight running lamps work. I checked the light bulbs so what can be the problem. My Highbeams will also not stay on when i pull the lever.

I have the same problem with my headlights. Parking lights work, but no low beams or high beams. Did you ever find out what the problem was?
Thanks, Joe 1997 Dodge Ram 1500

I'm sorry, you installed a new headlight switch and they work now but what are you pushing to get parking lamps? I mean parking lights. Which lights?

Even new parts can be broken or bad. By your description the switch is at fault. If you have the wiring schematic, you could check the switch with a DVOM' (Digital volt ohm meter). With the switch in the full on position, check the continuity of the switch. If you find an open circuit that is supposed to be closed, return the switch and try another one.

when you're driving down the street in your headlights are on they start flashing for no reason and then you go to click the high beams on and you lose the headlights only high beam and low beam and cannot get them to come back on what would cause that and all the fuses are good for the headlights???

based on your description and the information you have provided I would first try the multifunction/headlight switch.
