I have a 1997 ram 1500 318 motor recently bought used and is running rough checked codes and found o2 sensor code only to find out that it had been deleted from exhaust. now I'm also getting codes of multiple misfires and injector circuit malfunctions. changed plug wires cap and rotor and it hasn't helped if not got worse. Can o2 senor cause all this plan on getting senor next but is there another problem as well?
