i just put a new engine in my work truck 6 months ago and my employ ran it hot and blew the head gaskets. i pulled the engine and got the heads reworked and replaced the gaskets. when i cranked it it ran rough so i reset the timing. it still ran rough so i did a compression test and cylinders 2,3, and 4 have no compression and when i looked into the cylinders with a flash light neither of the 3 pistons were moving. what could be wrong wit it
