Engine problem

i have rebuit my engine and piston, rings, rod and main bearings reseat vavles, and lifters, and oil pump)
but if is cold it has good oil pressure of about 45-50lb
and then it starts to drop and go to zero in a few minutes so would you what the cause is? i would really apprecaite it.
