Recently I have been having a proble with my truck dying. It started about two weeks ago. Though it was water in the tank so I got some gas for it and a bottle of drygas. Tried starting it and it wouldnt run. Tried about an hr later and it ran fine. Its been running fine everyday until today. I was driving around all morning. I stoped at Work for about 5min and left it running. When I came outside it was dead and I still cant get it to start. In the past year I have replace the Distibutor, Dis. Cap, Wires, Plugs, Coil, Fuel Pump (3 one sence I bought the truck) and crank shaft sensor. Do you have any Idea what it could be. I noticed the ground strap from the block to the firewall was broken in half. Could that be my problem?

I put a spark tester on the coil and I get nothing, nothing, lil spark, lil spark, Big Spark, then it repeats, The distributor did come with a "Pick Up Coil" or what ever the technical term is. I was told that it might be because I used a napa distributor, instead of a mopar one, something about napa distributors dont hold up as well. I am getting fuel though to answer your question
