First I have the cummins 5.9 diesel. My voltmeter is barely registering as if the alternator was bad. This is not the case. The alternator is new, I also used one off of a truck that has no problems. I also swithed computers and my truck is still not charging. I also changed the belt thinking that the old one lost its tension. Wrong that's not it either. What do you think it could be.
