1988 Dodge Truck clutch adjustment

I just bought a 88 Dodge 50 pick up, to help save a little gas . My other truck is a Dodge 1500 with a 360 likes the gas a little to much, but any way I was wondering if there is an adjustment for the clutch, or should I just plan on replaceing it
