My truck runs great good gas miliage but if I hook up a trailer I can't get it up to 45 miles an hour just had the exhust manifold replaced new muffler new tune up new plugs cap rotor, I'm lossed any Ideas. Harrynimrod

not knowing if youhave towed the same trailer, it is a 6 and not the most powerful unless it's diesel. check to see if the catylitic converter is plugged. if you are reading low vacuum at idle then it probably is.
