1976 Dodge Truck engine performance

I have a 1976 dodge custom 100 pickup 2wd, 360 cid,idleing rough, new plugs,wires,cap and button,air filter altenator ,ign.module, resistor ,carburator, air filter. I give it full service and maintainance every 5000 kms. Would appreciate any responses I can get.
