i have a 2001 dodge stratus se 2.7L 4 speed automatic with 229000 miles and it dont matter if i put it in drive, 3, or low gear it automatically gos to 2nd gear and will not shift. i used to be able to just shut off the car and restart the engine then it would shift right but now it just stays in 2nd. i changed the tranny filter and fluid but it still will not shift. what could the problem be?
