98 dodge stratus, auotmatic trans, shifts fine, untill closed loop occurs, ck eng light on and will not down shift or upshift from 2nd gear... I added a can of trans X ... and that did nothing to improve the trans.. my feeling is a speed senser or other computer related failure, the car has 115,000 miles on it
