misfiring after tuneup

98 dodge stratus 2.5 V6, 101k: I recently did a tuneup on my car, replaced the plugs, wires, cap and rotor. I did not use OE plugs or wires, I used Bosch platinum. Now when it is cold the car runs okay, once it gets warmed up it struggles to accelerate, almost stalling but never does. If I can get past 10 mph it seems to run fine. Check engine light is on and is putting out codes for the TPS and misfiring on cylinders 4,5 and 6. Should I try OE plugs (champion) and replace the TPS? or could it be something else? Any input would be appreciated.

I would check that you didn't cross a few plug wires, Here is the firing order, re check it!

I rechecked all wires and pulled everything apart again, then reinstalled just to make sure I didn't do anything wrong the first time. I am noticing that this only happens when the car is in drive or reverse while accelerating plus minor hesitations while at idle in either drive or reverse. If the car is in park or neutral there are no signs of any hesitation at all even when I give it gas??? I'm thinking that it seems very possible that it is the TPS but am trying to diagnose further so I don't waste $ on parts I don't need; any help would be appreciated.

Check for either the MAF or stuck EGR...unplug the maf, it's on the air induction system by the air filter, if you get improvement, replace it! This test will set a code!

I can't find any info about where the MAF is on my car? Is there any way to test the EGR valve?

I noticed something else that seemed odd; the rpm gauge is usually about 1200 when idleing, when I turn the car off, it stays at 1200 for about 10 seconds and then kicks down to zero. Then when I turn the key to ON without starting it, the rpm gauge kicks up to 1200. Why would it do that when the car isn't even running? Thought this might help diagnose previous info. Excellent site, you guys are a lot of help.
