what can cause this fuse to blow? replace fuse engine starts fine

a short more then likely.

can the short come from the starter? Because I raised the car and located the starter and struck it then started the car without blowing the fuse. They sure dont give these starters away. Thanks for the reply

yes the short can from the starter, you can take it in to autovalue and theyll test it for free.
