my heater only works on high so i got a new blower moter resistor but i can't find where it is on the car to replace it. looked ynder dash and behind glove box without any luck.please help

Yes it is there. Just next to the blower motor. Look at this picture.

It is located in the duct work under the passenger dash....

I'm asking how to replace the blower resistor. I have been told it is in behind the dash board. Is this correct? and if so, the procedure for replacing it.

The blower motor resistor is located on the lower right side of the heater housing. REMOVAL Remove lower right underpanel silencer/duct. Disconnect wiring connectors on blower motor resistor. Remove blower motor resistor retaining screws. Blower Motor Resistor

2000 dodge stratus se 2.5l blower and temp controm problem
Hi, The afore mentioned vehicle has only (4) highest speed working on blower switch. Also, temp knob doesn't regulate the temp at all. Where is the resistor located for the blower and how do I fix the temp switch. Thank you very much for your time and input!

Thanks for the advise. I changed the resistor and now all 4 fan speeds work, however, the temp control knob still doesn't change the temp of blower air. Can't hear any sound when i turn it, (like a door opening and closing) control motor for temp switch?
Also not sure where it is . Any ideas would be appreciated..

I assume you tried to calibrate it? If not do so first.

It just happened today. when I select the speed of the fan the only time the fan works is in high speed only when I turn the knob selection to high it has off . It that is the fan selection switch has 4 speeds. like I said it only works now on high blowing. What can I do
