2005 Dodge Stratus Cloged drain tube

Hello,

The drain tube for the a/c is cloged and the condensation is draining into the passenger side. Is there easy access to unclog this tube? I looked under the hood, but it seems that I might not be able to get at it from above.

It is much easier from the bottom. The drain is connected to the firewall. It is a rubber hose pointing down toward the road. Usually, they get clogged at the end.
