My check engine light came on immediately after a hard shift. Since then my transmission doesnt want to go into gear right away. I have to rev the engine to around 2500 RPM then it will engage. Some times it will get stuck in second gear and i have to turn off my car and restart it to get it to shift again. Im sure its some valve or solenoid since it resets itself, but the dealership keeps telling me that its normal for my car, so obviously they arent any help, any ideas? I ran the OBD codes and get codes P1775, P0846, P0563 and P2074 but i cant find out what they are exactly.

Find another dealership. Your problems can only be scanned and diagnosed properly by DRB-III scan tool, available only at the dealership.

P0563: Battery voltage high. Check alternator operation. Probable cause: Bad PCM

P0846: 2/4 pressure switch sense circuit. Check circuit from TCM harness to Transmission Solenoid/Pressure Switch Assembly harness connector. See P1775 for possible cause.

P1775: Solenoid switch valve latched in TCC position. Very similar to P0846. Probable cause: Bad Solenoid/Pressure Switch Assembly

P2074: Manifold pressure/Throttle position correlation high flow/vacuum leak. Probable cause: Vacuum leak
