My 2004 Stratus hesitates to start after sitting for long periods. Dies or stalls when accelerating or braking, this seems much more worse when the temperature outside is above 70 degrees or when my tank gets bellow 1/2 a tank. Check engine light comes on sometimes. I have had this car worked on for this problem, they changed a filter, which was not the fuel filter. They also checked my fuel lines and said everything was fine.
