2003 Dodge Stratus 2003 Dodge Stratus No fire

Car died on the side of the road. Check, no fire. Changed - coil pack, cam shaft sensor, and crankshaft position sensor. Still no fire. Battery is good. The battery did go dead before working on it. I have scan tool software, no codes. I do have an RPM reading.

Don't know where to go next.
