2002 Dodge Stratus wiper/washer

I have no liquid coming out of my windshield washer eyelets on hood. And yes, I have liquid in tank. What could it be? And how can I fix it , if I can.

There is a small electric motor on the bottom of the windshield washer jug. See if it is working. If it isn't check to see if it gets power. If it does, replace the motor.
