2002 Dodge Stratus power windows

rear drivers side window will go down but not up! checked connector at motor have 12 volts on both prongs, swaped switch from pass. side and still nothing, replaced motor with new one and still same problem, replaced front switch on drivers door with one from junk yard still the same thing, with motor out of door motor turns one way but not the other, I was thinking maybe motor was in a bind, with motor unhooked from cable window moves freely,
please please help!!!!
