2001 Dodge Stratus rattle from suspension

i have a 2001 stratus se. 103500 miles. Noticed a rattling sound coming from the passenger side when going over bumps, potholes, or uneven road. checked the shocks and there is no leak. Not sure if something is loose. If you could give me some insight that would be great.

Would it be tie rod?
Shocks?
Exsaust?
