The heater blower motor not working is not working. Tested no power at switch. Checked fuses and all look fine. Is there a relay? if so what is its location?

I don't see any relay in the wiring diagram. Just two fuses at the end of the dash, Fuses #1 and 11

Check fuses, can you think of anything else that may be the cause of no power? I did read something about the contacts on the ignition switch can where out?

Believe it or not, the power to the switch comes from fuse #1 to the blower motor, to the blower resistor, and grounds at the switch. Check continuity that way.
